Exchange/Returns


Should an item not be the perfect fit or not quite to your taste, you have a total of 14 days after the delivery of your order to return your entire order or individual items.

Please note, however, that your returned items must be unworn and in original condition for us to be able to reimburse the full value of your purchase. This requires tags, hygiene seals and shoe boxes to be intact.

If you have not yet created an account on our website please send us an e-mail to inform us of your desired return. Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail. The easiest way to contact us about your desired return is by replying to your oder confirmation e-mail as this will already contain all the relevant information we require. Furthermore, you can complete and send the form provided below.

Please note: we are unable to cover the costs of returns outside of Germany.

Please note your desired return or exchange on a copy of your original invoice which you then place within your parcel for return. If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please first check our online shop for availability of your desired size.

Returns within Germany:

Once we have considered your request, we will send you a free returns label in PDF form by e-mail which you can attach to your parcel for return.

Please bring your parcel to your local DHL shop (or GLS shop if relevant) to be returned. As soon as your parcel has arrived on our premises and has been processed you will receive a notification via e-mail. Within the following days we will reimburse the value of your return onto the bank account used for your original order.
